Christianity Decoded
6 x 25 minute HD documentary series
A ground breaking 6-part documentary series, Christianity Decoded unlocks the mysteries of Christian art and architecture and celebrates their magnificence. It provides a compelling new insight into both the artistic and the spiritual. It will examine how individual cultures expressed Christian beliefs through the artistic and architectural 'languages' of their own civilisations and how the secular powers adapted sacred images and places to their own ends. This contemporary series aims to capitalise on the recent massive upsurge of interest in religious art, symbolism, myth and mysticism.
Dream Building - A History of Brick Architecture
3 x 52 minute HD documentary series
From a handful of mud left to dry in the North African sun, the building block of civilisation emerged. Brick. In the next ten thousand years, it would raise empires, forge monuments and bring the dreams of great architects to life. Dream Building is a series of three one-hour documentaries exploring the illustrious history of civilisation’s first and most enduring building block through 10,000 years of extraordinary architecture.
Saving Civilisation
3 x 52 minute HD documentary series
Saving Civilisation is a 3 part documentary series tracking the fall and rise of the civilised world. After the fall of Rome the economic and cultural capitals of the world were not London, Paris or even Rome; they were Cordoba, Baghdad, Iona and Kells. We live in a self confident arrogant era assured our civilisation is permanent. Western ideas dominate the globe. The cracks have already started to appear. The great civilisations of the past, Roman, Arabic, Egyptian, Maya and Aztec were overtaken and destroyed with ease. Will ours?
Duffy's Cut
1 x 52 minute HD documentary
This is the story of a community, haunted by the shocking events of 175 years ago as they awaken in 2005 and embark on a journey of atonement. The circumstances surrounding their deaths have been shrouded in mystery, folklore and ghostly stories for 175 years. Duffy’s Cut is a powerful, poignant, passionate, ultimately engaging and provocative story that will make for compelling viewing.
