Company Description:

Midas Productions was established in 1986. It is a wholly owned Irish company jointly managed by Mike Keane and Aidan Sheeran. Our offices are located at 34 Lower Baggot Street and include a full audio and video post-production facility. Our work has been nominated for awards at both the Celtic film Festival and the IFTAs. Our most recent True Lives documentary “Tails from America” was nominated for Best Single Documentary at the 2007 IFTA awards and the 2007 Grierson Awards for best enertaining documentary. Our six part series Puca agus Peist (TG4) won the Best Young Peoples award at the 2007 Celtic Film Festival We have just completed a four part series ‘Sex and Sensibility” for RTE One as well as Patrick McCabe - Blood Relations for the recent Arts Lives strand and the well received 8 part series for RTE Lifestyle ‘Marry Me’. In production we have Boom Boom for RTE Entertainment and Idir Mna a six part docudrama series for TG4.
