Company Description:

Ocarina is a digital media company that loves turning stories into visual productions. Ocarina specialises in content development for television broadcasts, internet and corporate productions. We have worked with TG4, NCTE, Failte Ireland, The Irish Hospice Foundation, rootstelevision.com and the Family Records Centre in London.

Current Production:

We have worked with Kairos Communications to make two children’s documentaries for TG4 called 'As Go Brách Linn' where four Irish children got a chance to live and go to school in another country in the EU for a week and report on the differences and similarities they saw. These were sponsored by the Department of Education and Science and highlights are featured on the scoilnet website www.scoilnet.ie/asgobrachlinn

Internet Genealogy TV website www.rootstelevision.com is now featuring the Ocarina production ‘Gene Pull’ a 40 minute documentary on why three Americans retraced their roots and what they got out of the journey.

On the corporate side Ocarina has recently put together a communications training DVD for the Irish Hospice Foundation called ‘Hard to Say’ with dramas and interviews that highlight the issues involved in the task of breaking bad news.
