Company Description:
Scun Scan situated less than an hour from Dublin in the heart of the Rath Cairn Gaeltacht in Co. Meath was set up by a group of individuals from the locality in 1992. Those early years saw the company produce highly acclaimed programmes for both RTÉ and TG4, eg. 3 x 26 min docs for the RTÉ series "Pobail", and single documentaries such as "Róthaí Móra an tSaoil" agus "Saoil Saighdiúir" for TnaG.
In 2002 Scun Scan revamped both the structure and corporate identity of the company and introduced some new personnel. Scun Scan specialises in developing and producing high quality documentaries, particularly ones that require investigative journalism. The company is also continuing to build an increasing list of corporate clients, the most recent addition of which is The Exam Commission of Ireland.
The company has its own facilities both production and post production in-house and works across the full range of media from video to the internet to DVD. Combining a knowledge of video production with a knowledge of corporate communications Scun Scan produces videos of the highest quality at very competitive prices. But as importantly, being a relatively small company means that we can give unique time and attention to each individual project we commit to.
