An Corsaiceach is a small TV production company based in the Ring Gaeltacht, which makes Irish and English documentaries for TG4 and other broadcasters. Many of the company's half hour programs tell local stories and explore aspects of Waterford/Munster life. Set up and run by two sisters, RoseAnn and Catherine Foley, their hour long documentary on the singer/entertainer Val Doonican, had the highest rated viewership over the Christmas period 2016 on TG4. The company has made a range of programmes and packages to date on subjects as diverse as the writer Molly Keane, the Waterford Blaa, the Cork Turkish Delight Hadji Beys, the photographer Annie Brophy, the sinking of the SS Kincora, the story behind the cult classic film Langrishe, Go Down (1978) and their Waterford-born uncle journalist Donal Foley, writer of the satirical 1970s Irish Times column, Man Bites Dog.
