Midas Productions was established in 1986. It is a wholly owned Irish company dedicated to creating thought-provoking, entertaining, challenging and informative television programming.
Our work has been nominated on numerous occasions (Pat McCabe - Blood Relations -Best documentary IFTA, Tails from America Best Entertainment Documentary - Grierson Awards) and has won awards at both the Celtic film Festival (6 awards) and the IFTAs (I award) as well as winning a prestigious International FOCAL award. Recent programmes include, Women on the Inside and Inside Probation as well as Croí Trodach, Our Island and Home from home for RTÉ, TG4, TV3 and Setanta.
Current projects include The Joy, The Enemy Files, The Trotting Game, and Fir Marú agus Grá for TV3, RTÉ ONE, RTÉ2 and TG4 respectively.
