The producer/production company must not have had content commissioned by RTÉ (outside of Storyland), TG4, Virgin Media TV or other international broadcasters, or have had content distributed nationally or internationally in cinemas.
The producer/production company must have had a short or feature shown at one of the below Irish festivals or short strands (or international equivalent to be decided on a case-by-case basis) between January 2023 and present.
