The death has taken place of Joan Egan, former Board member of Screen Producers Ireland and former Chief Executive of Tyrone Productions.
Joan had a prolific career in the UK and Ireland until her retirement in 2013, she was an active member of SPI and a fervent advocate for producer’s rights. She will be warmly remembered by her colleagues and friends in the industry.
