RTÉ | CALL FOR IDEAS | REGIONAL & WILDLIFE | BAI 2016
RTÉ are looking for suitable BAI proposals to be shorlisted for consideration in the next round. Focus is on a wide range of ideas with ideas, particularly Natural History and Wildlife, as diverse as the science based quiz,Eurekaand the EBU co-production Generation What,and an immersive series set in Africa,The Hardest Harvest, getting BAI backing in previous rounds.
Previous blue chip series that have been supported by the BAI includeSecrets of The Shannon, Ireland's Oceans ,Wild Cities and the upcomingDeep Ocean.
Proposals should be ambitious and of large scale. Ideas looking at the island as awhole are particularly invited.
Producers are asked to submit ideas, in the first instance, into the e Commissioning system under the programme category "Regional – BAI September 2016"
