Notification of Amendment to Revenue Commissioner’s Guidance Note for “Section 481” Investment in Film
Please note change to S.481 Guidelines published today. Under Section 6.2 Payment of the credit in instalments, the following addition has been made:
“(c) the Broadcasting Authority of Ireland has completed its due diligence and agreed to release its funding to the producer company;”
