RTÉ Entertainment and Music are looking for submissions to produce a broad based entertainment quiz show for RTÉ One – think “Family Fortunes” rather than “Mastermind” – for transmission in Spring 2021. The show will be broadcast pre- watershed on Saturday nights and will have a forty minute transmission slot.
- Duration: 40 minutes slot per programme
- Number of episodes: 12
- Budget Range: To a maximum of €45,000 per programme (Inclusive of Format Fees, if applicable)
NB Programme proposals should include a detailed production budget, and any additional material, should be submitted to Michelle Kenny by email at michelle.kenny@rte.ie before the closing date and time (Friday 08th January at 12 noon, strict deadline)
The preferred production model is one where a number of episodes can be recorded in each production day in order to maximise cost efficiency. We welcome original formats as well as established ones. Submissions should include suggestions for any on screen talent required. Submissions should include your plan on how to make your production safe in the current Covid 19 pandemic. (Do not assume eased restrictions as inevitable)
