The RTS Ireland Television Awards will take place in Dublin in March 2024, in an evening dedicated to celebrating the breadth of achievements and talent across the television industry in Ireland. Supported by the Irish broadcasters (Virgin Media Television, RTÉ, TG4 & Sky Ireland) and the wider independent television production industry the RTS Ireland Television Awards 2024 will recognise creative excellence and exceptional achievement and welcomes submissions in the following categories:
Scripted
Entertainment
Factual Series
Factual Single
Sports
News Coverage
Animation & Children’s Programming
Specialist Factual & Current Affairs
Factual Entertainment
Additionally, the award for Outstanding Newcomer will be decided by a select panel of jurors.
The RTS Ireland Television Awards 2024 welcome entries from production companies for content produced in 2023. Eligible submissions must be either an Irish television production or Irish/international co-productions, which were broadcast or streamed on Irish broadcast platforms in 2023.
